We don’t accept returns or refunds. We take customer satisfaction seriously and is our utmost priority. So we can exchange with other products.
- For exchanges, unpacking video is a must.

We do not accept cash refund requests on any products sold at any time.

If you are not satisfied with what you received, replacement will be accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order (in terms of manufacturing defects, wrong product sent by us), and would like a replacement, we will replace it with a different item or available item(s) on eligible orders.

The items you are returning must be unwashed and unused, with original clothing tags

Replacements for your orders will be processed once the original items are received and pass the quality checks, and are approved for exchange.
